Have you run out of places to attach accessories to your dash?!? Well fret no more, you now have two more places to mount things (one on the driver side, one on the passenger side) via a 1/4"-20 threaded hole. Great for a RAM ball, or a bolt, or whatever you have laying around (as long as it's a male fastener with 1/4"-20 threads). Install is a breeze, just remove the lower bolt (left side of vehicle, upper on right side) holding the A-Pillar grab handles in place, slide these babies under there, and tighten down. There is a spacer included for the other end of the handle if you see fit.

There are two styles of handles in 80 Series, square-ish ones up to 96, and rounded/somewhat "U" shaped ones in some vehicles in 97, mostly LX450s. The pics in attached gallery are of the 96 and earlier style of handle. NOTE: some rigs, mostly 3FE powered ones, didn't come with handles on the driver side, but they DID come with holes for the handles. These mounts can attach with a handle (if you find one to add) or without.
